At Liberty Bar & Restaurant for the inaugural event in a series that celebrates the elements & culture of preservation in Tallahassee. Enjoy small bites from Liberty's kitchen, a complimentary cocktail, and good company as guest David Newman of Ripe City gives historic context and insight into current trends in local urban farming. Liberty's own Chef Jesse Edmunds will then present a demonstration on Pickling & Preservation in the South to the audience. Ticket prices are $15 for members & students and are $20 for nonmembers.
